Margaret (Peg) McGovern, Esq. is a highly regarded expert in compensation structuring and human resource management. She has held senior executive positions at renowned financial services and health care companies including American Express, Johnson & Johnson, Becton Dickinson, and most recently, Goldman Sachs, where she performed a number of HR roles including leading the firm’s executive compensation function.
